Help make Broadstone Fireworks light up the night
Broadstone Fireworks is built on community spirit — and that means we need your help to make it shine. The event is run entirely by volunteers and supported by local businesses, schools, and residents who give their time, skills, and enthusiasm to create something magical.
There are many ways to get involved: sponsor the event, volunteer on the night, or take part as a performer, food vendor, or children’s entertainer. However you choose to help, you’ll be part of something special — a night that brings the whole town together while supporting local education.
Become a Sponsor
Broadstone Fireworks is one of the largest community events in the local calendar, drawing thousands of visitors each year. Sponsorship is a fantastic way to support your community while putting your brand in front of a highly engaged local audience.
We offer Bronze, Silver, and Gold sponsorship packages, each providing a range of promotional benefits — from logo placement on our posters, banners, and website to live mentions and on-site signage. Sponsorship helps us keep ticket prices affordable, fund the fireworks themselves, and maximise the money we raise for Broadstone First and Middle Schools.
Whether you’re a small local business or a larger organisation looking to give back, your support will help make Broadstone Fireworks a night to remember.
Perform, Trade, or Entertain
We’re always looking for performers, food stalls, and children’s entertainment to make Broadstone Fireworks even better. If you’re a musician, dancer, fire performer, food vendor, or activity organiser, this is your chance to showcase your talents to thousands of attendees.
Our visitors love discovering great local food and fun — from loaded fries and candy floss to bungee trampolines and games for the kids. Every contribution adds colour, sound, and energy to the evening.
If you’d like to be part of the entertainment or join our fantastic lineup of vendors, we’d love to hear from you.
Volunteer Your Time
It takes a small army of helpers to turn a dark October evening into something bright and unforgettable. From setting up fencing and lighting to running stalls, stewarding the crowd, or helping with ticket checks — every role makes a difference.
You don’t need to be a PTA member to get involved. Many volunteers help just for the evening, while others become part of the team that plans events like this all year round. Whether it’s half an hour or half a day, your time and energy are invaluable.
Volunteering is also a brilliant way to meet new people and feel part of something positive happening right here in Broadstone.
